Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days before shipment.
During holidays, sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Many of our products are made-to-order, allowing us to create unique items while reducing waste and overproduction.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

United States: 3 to 7 business days
International Orders: 7 to 21 business days

Please note that shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can track your package every step of the way 📦

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
Whiskey Willow Co. is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to update the address before your order ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once packages are handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery delays are outside our control.
If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking information.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
